We provide digital copywriting services: conversion copywriting, long-form content, video scripts, executive ghostwriting, and app and UX microcopy. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are supplied.
A binding contract is formed upon written order confirmation by email. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
All prices in EUR, exclusive of Italian IVA (22%) where applicable. EU clients outside Italy with a valid P.IVA or VAT number benefit from the reverse charge mechanism. Payment at checkout via Stripe Payments Europe.
Prima Voce: 8 business days. Seconda Natura: 10 business days. Terza Dimensione: agreed at brief. Timelines start from the later of payment or completed brief receipt. We communicate delays in advance.
Prima Voce: 2 rounds. Seconda Natura: 3 rounds. Terza Dimensione: unlimited. A revision applies changes to an existing draft. Material scope changes may be quoted additionally.
Services in English and Italian as agreed. Both in-house. French and other languages available by arrangement.
Ownership of all delivered copy transfers to the Client upon full payment. We retain the right to describe completed projects in portfolio materials unless written confidentiality is agreed in advance.
Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for the specific project. Indirect losses excluded unless caused by gross negligence.
Italian law. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Forli-Cesena, Italy. Italian consumer clients may also refer to the Italian ADR/ODR bodies.
