Partial refund based on work completed: approximately 80% if under 20% complete; approximately 50% at 50% completion; no refund after first draft delivery.
Contact within 14 days of delivery if work contains material errors vs. the agreed brief. We correct within the included revision rounds. Refunds for style preferences not in the original brief are not available.
